Terms of Service

Acceptance

Tailor My AI (tailormy.ai) is run by Kenny Lange Coaching LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Kenny Lange,” “we,” “us”). By signing up or using Tailor My AI, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Tailor My AI is a tool for adults setting up AI for their work. It isn’t built for, or offered to, anyone under 18.

Signing in

You sign in with a code we email you, or with Google, Apple, or Microsoft where the sign-in page offers it. Keep access to that email account safe, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. While we test, there’s an extra sign-in step in front of the app, also run by Cloudflare.

What Tailor My AI does

1. You have a talk of about 20 minutes with Taylor, an AI interviewer. Taylor is an AI, not a person, and will tell you so. You can type instead of talking.
2. You can add some of your own writing and brand files (a logo, colors, fonts).
3. AI models turn all of that into files for you: a voice profile, an about-me, instructions for your AI, a brand sheet, and Projects.
4. You download the files and use them in the AI tools you choose.

There are two ways in:

• On your own. You sign yourself up.
• Invited by a coach. Your coach can see your account and how far along you are.

Either way, you check and approve your own files, and nobody on our side, and no coach, reads your talk or your files unless you share them.

A “voice profile” here means a written description of how you write and speak, so your AI can sound like you. It is not a voiceprint, and we don’t use your voice to identify you.

Your content and your files

• What you bring stays yours. Your talk, your writing, and your brand files belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to make, update, and support your files, as the Privacy Policy describes.
• The files you download are yours. Use them, edit them, share them, or move them to any AI tool. No credit to us needed.
• Our method stays ours. The interview questions, prompts, templates, and the process that builds the files belong to Kenny Lange. Getting your files doesn’t give you rights to copy or resell the method itself.
• Only bring what you have the right to share. Don’t upload other people’s private information, confidential material you’re not allowed to share, or anything you don’t have the rights to.
• Please leave out health and medical details. This isn’t a health or therapy service, and we don’t need them. If some come up, you can edit them out of your files, or delete everything.

AI makes mistakes

AI can get things wrong, including about you. Read your files before you use them. What you write or send with the help of your AI is your call and your responsibility. Nothing in Tailor My AI is legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.

Sharing with a coach

You can share your files with a coach, either by an emailed code (good for 30 days) or by a link (good for 7 days). Anyone who has the link can open your files until it expires, so send it only to the person you mean. You can turn off a share at any time. Once a coach has your files, what they do with them is between you and them.

Fees

Tailor My AI is free while we test it. While we test, there are limits on how much you can use it, such as minutes of talk and how many times you can build your files. If we add paid plans later, we’ll show you the price and terms before you pay anything, and nothing you’ve already made will be locked behind a payment.

If you have a coaching agreement, with us or with the company that coaches you, that agreement still governs your coaching. These terms cover only Tailor My AI. If your coaching agreement is with us and it conflicts with these terms, the coaching agreement wins.

Fair use

Don’t try to break into the service, get around sign-in, overload it, copy or scrape the method, or use it to harm anyone. We may pause or close access for anyone who does.

Stopping

You can stop at any time and delete your materials yourself with “Delete everything” in the app (see the Privacy Policy). Because this is a test, we may change or stop offering Tailor My AI, or close an account. If we do it for a reason other than misuse, we’ll give you a chance to download your files first. Files you’ve already downloaded are yours to keep.

What we don’t promise

We work to keep Tailor My AI running and your files useful, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or right for your needs. It’s provided “as is.”

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kenny Lange (and anyone working with us) isn’t liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages from your use of Tailor My AI. If we are liable, our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or what you paid us for Tailor My AI in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

If your content or your use of Tailor My AI causes us losses or third-party claims (because you broke these terms or someone else’s rights), you’ll cover those costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Smith County, Texas.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before the change takes effect, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Using Tailor My AI after that means you accept the new version.
