Who we are
Tailor My AI (tailormy.ai) is run by Kenny Lange Coaching LLC (“Kenny Lange,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers the Tailor My AI app. Questions: kenny@kennylange.com.
The short version
- We record your talk with Taylor, our AI interviewer, and keep the recording and the words.
- We use what you give us to make your files. That’s it.
- Nobody on our side reads your talk or your files unless you share them with us. That’s true if you signed up on your own, and it’s true if a coach invited you.
- We don’t sell your data. We don’t run ads. We don’t share your data with anyone for their own marketing.
- You can delete it all yourself, any time. It’s gone for good from our storage about 30 days later.
What we collect
What you give us:
- Sign-up details: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, we get your email address, and sometimes your name, from them.
- Your talk with Taylor: the audio recording, the words (transcript), and Taylor’s questions. If you type instead, we keep what you type.
- Voice memos you record.
- Writing samples you paste or upload.
- Brand files you upload, such as a logo, colors, and fonts.
- Your files: the voice profile, about-me, instructions, brand sheet, and Projects we make for you, plus any edits.
- Your yes: a record that you agreed to be recorded, and when.
- Your shares: who you shared your files with, how, and when.
What’s collected as you use it:
- Sign-in cookies that keep you logged in. We don’t use ad or tracking cookies.
- Technical logs (times, errors, which step ran) to keep the service working.
- Account details: how far along you are, such as minutes talked, how many files are built, and what the AI cost to run for you.
How we use it
- To email you sign-in codes.
- To run the talk and make, update, and fix your files.
- To help you when you come back to add a Project or update your profile.
- To keep the service secure and working, and to keep costs in check.
We don’t use your talk or writing to test or improve Tailor My AI for anyone else without asking you first.
Who can see it
- You.
- Nobody on our side, unless you share. The app shows us your account: your name, your email, and how far along you are. If a coach invited you, your coach sees the same. The app doesn’t let us or your coach open your talk, your writing, your uploads, or your files.
- Anyone you share your files with, including a coach. You choose what to share. You can share by an emailed code (good for 30 days) or by a link (good for 7 days). Anyone who has the link can open what you shared until it expires. You can turn off a share at any time.
- If the law requires it, for example a valid court order.
The services that run Tailor My AI, only to do that work:
- Cloudflare hosts the app, checks that sign-ins aren’t bots, sends your sign-in codes, and stores your recordings and files. It also runs the AI models on Workers AI: the ones that turn your voice into words (models made by Deepgram and OpenAI), Taylor’s spoken voice, and the models that ask the questions and write your files (models made by DeepSeek and Moonshot AI, called Kimi). Cloudflare says it doesn’t keep what you send these models after they answer, and doesn’t use it to train AI. For the model that turns your voice into words during a talk, we’ve turned on the setting that keeps your voice out of Deepgram’s model-improvement program.
- Anthropic (its AI, Claude) is our backup. If a Cloudflare model can’t do a step, that step goes to Claude instead, and the words in it are sent to Anthropic. Anthropic handles them under its commercial terms, which say: “Anthropic may not train models on Customer Content from Services.” Anthropic keeps that data only as its own policies allow.
The link between our app and the AI models is set not to log what you say or write.
One honest note. Your materials are stored in our company’s cloud account, and we run that account. That means we could technically reach the stored files. Our rule is that we don’t read them. We only open them if you share them with us, or if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your materials while you use Tailor My AI, so you can come back and update your files. You can delete them any time. Deleted materials are gone for good from our storage about 30 days later. Anything a backup step sent to Anthropic is kept or deleted under Anthropic’s own policies.
Your choices and rights
- Skip any question, or stop any time. If you don’t say yes to being recorded, nothing is kept.
- Delete everything: in the app, tap “Delete everything” and confirm. You’re signed out, every share stops working right away, and it’s all gone for good about 30 days later.
- Take a copy: you can download your files any time.
- Change your files: you can edit them in the app.
- Turn off a share any time.
- See or fix the account details we have about you: email us.
Email kenny@kennylange.com, or tell your coach. If you’re in a place with specific privacy rights (for example the EU, UK, or California), email us and we’ll honor them.
Keeping it safe
Your materials sit in private storage behind sign-in. No system is perfect, and if something goes wrong that affects your data, we’ll tell you.
Health information and age
Tailor My AI isn’t a health or therapy service. Please don’t share medical details. If some come up, you can edit them out of your files. To remove them from your talk too, delete everything.
Tailor My AI is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Do Not Track
We don’t track you across other websites, so browser “Do Not Track” signals don’t change anything here. We don’t let other companies track you on Tailor My AI.
Where it’s processed
Cloudflare and Anthropic may process your data in the United States and other countries.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before the change takes effect, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
